West Liberty University Partners with OculusIT for DegreeWorks Professional Services

As part of this collaboration, OculusIT will undertake a thorough review of West Liberty University’s catalog to determine the necessary scribe block changes for the current catalog year. This will involve updating scribe blocks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for students and advisors.
Once identified, OculusIT’s team of experts will meticulously update the scribe blocks, ensuring precision and adherence to the university’s academic guidelines. These updates will be thoroughly tested to confirm they are functioning as defined and meet the specific needs of West Liberty University.
In addition to the technical updates, OculusIT will provide comprehensive functional scribe training to equip West Liberty University’s staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively utilize DegreeWorks. This training will empower advisors to better support students on their academic journey and optimize the use of the DegreeWorks platform.
