Northwest Missouri State University Selects OculusIT For Database And Application Support Services

Nov 19th 2017, Summit: Northwest Missouri State University (NMSU) has selected OculusIT, a leading provider of IT Managed and Cloud services, for Banner® database administration. Northwest (Maryville, MO) had been looking for prospective vendors for remote database administration via an RFP process. After evaluating the responses, Northwest chose to work with OculusIT for the required services. The scope for this work includes:

• Installing Banner 9® modules in test and prod environments
• Maintaining Banner 9® upgrades
• Installing and maintaining Application Navigator
• Maintaining Ellucian Ethos Identity Services®
• Installing Oracle® upgrades
• Trouble-shooting issues with both Banner® and Oracle®
• Providing Banner® patching
• Providing immediate response time with 24×7 support
• Additional DBA backup services
