Finger Lakes Community College Partners with OculusIT for Colleague® Functional Services

SUMMIT, NEW JERSEY, April 7, 2022 – New York-based Finger Lakes Community College has selected OculusIT, a leading managed IT and cloud services company, for its remote Colleague® Functional Services partnership. The institution will be supported by OculusIT’s dedicated Colleague® experts and 24×7 support and system monitoring.

OculusIT will support Finger Lakes Community College with:

• HR support for new employees by setting up self-service
• Checking FLCC’s self-service data entry to make sure they understand what is required
• Checking the data itself to ensure FLCC’s team understands what is required
• Support for HR payroll, including data entry, time entry, and approvals via CALC, and payroll in addition to payroll verification once the payroll is complete
• Day-to-day reporting from the HR module
