Alabama A&M University Selects OculusIT for Banner® Managed Services

Chicago, IL. OculusIT, a leading Managed IT and Cloud Services company, recently announced its engagement with Alabama A&M University for Banner® managed services.

Through this engagement, OculusIT will help the University with Banner® account and access management and creations, installations and software upgrades. The team will also provide a database & systems support analyst to manage Oracle® installation and upgrade including supporting products like Banner® and Degree Works, prepare backup scripts and perform emergency backups, and allocate and manage physical storage structures (datafiles, redo logs, control files). OculusIT will also provide an IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee all projects, production infrastructure and internal network to ensure escalated issues are addressed timely.
