Fairfield University Selects OculusIT for Banner® Managed Services
Chicago, IL. OculusIT, a leading Managed IT and Cloud Services company, recently announced its partnership with Fairfield University for Banner® Managed Services.
Fairfield University was looking for an expert managed IT services partner for Banner® database administration support. OculusIT has over 15 years of experience in supporting higher education institutions with ERP hosting and managed services. The DBA team at OculusIT consists of highly skilled technicians that support campuses like Norwich University, City College of San Francisco, Texas A&M University, and Lake Michigan College with Banner® Managed Services.
Through this partnership, OculusIT will add value in managing the University’s database application & administration by performing various upgrades for BEIS and SSB, Jenkins Slaves/Agents for ESM, Automic to the latest version, and for Banner® Workflow.
A dedicated Project Management Office, seamlessly integrated with the University team, will oversee timely completion of projects, monitoring and preparing detailed status reports for the University, thereby providing better control over the project. A Customer Success Manager will be provisioned to maintain regular communication, capture feedback and ensure the best service delivery standards for the University.
